ASSOS EQUIPE RSR Bib Shorts S11

More breathable, more compressive, more aerodynamic – the EQUIPE RSR S11 replaces the RSR SUPERLÉGER S9 as the most advanced Racing Series short in ASSOS history. The new textile wrapping the large muscle groups of the legs is our most compressive Kompressor textile to date, providing firm support to reduce the accumulated fatigue from micro-vibrations during hours of high-intensity riding. The seat and core are wrapped in the less compressive Type.911, which is the main textile of the RS S11 and R S11 bib shorts, employed here to relieve pressure on sensitive areas. The combination of compressive, ultra-elastic textiles allowed us to remove the rollBar while maintaining 360-degree stability, and the raw-cut waist eliminates restriction.The new RSR S11 insert incorporates the same low-volume, microshock-absorbing comfort and hyper cooling airflow of the RS S11 insert, but it includes additional shock-absorbing modules beneath the ischial bones, oriented for maximum effect in aggressive riding positions.

CHARACTERISTIC MATERIAL

The all-new Type.959 Kompressor is an exclusive woven material that is more breathable, cooler and more compressive than the previous Kompressor fabric. It also provides increased abrasion resistance and, thanks to integrated anti-slip properties, eliminates sliding and friction. The seat and midsection are wrapped in the Type.911 fabric that defines the rest of the Racing Series – a soft, compressive and ultra-breathable fabric that stays deep black even when stretched. Both fabrics offer UPF 50+ protection.

CONSTRUCTION/CUT

The AEDP flederMann features an aerodynamic, second-skin racingFit, developed based on WorldTour feedback and results. Micro-tuned shaping tightly hugs major muscle groups and provides compressive support in an extended, more aerodynamic leg length.

TECHNOLOGY

Endurance Compression: Muscle support that reduces fatigue during hours of intense riding. Fabric panels are strategically arranged for maximum compression effect.

ELECTRIFIED Grip: Integrated anti-slip fibers are woven directly into the KOMPRESSOR fabric, ensuring a smooth and stable fit around the thigh without chafing.

X-Frame: A-frame construction that reduces sag in the lower back and stabilizes the pad and main panel during intense riding. It is anchored through the shoulders with our lightest braces.

Shock-Absorb Damping System Twin 13: A dual-layer racing platform with 9mm foam complemented by 4mm ultraDistance pads under the sit bones.

kraterCooler: Perforations in the front of the pad allow cooling air to pass through, ensuring maximum breathability and a dry, cool microclimate.

whirlKrater: Perforations distributed throughout the pad create a swirling effect of cooling air instead of a one-way flow.

Mineral Tec Surface: A soft, ultra-smooth upper material reduces friction and irritation, while promoting comfort with quick-drying properties and permanent odorControl technology.

goldenGate 2.0: The insert is attached at the front and back, while the sides and center remain free, allowing it to move with the body instead of against it. New cutouts on the sides reduce bulk and friction while pedaling.
