ASSOS MILLE GTS Jersey S11

Engineered with a new body textile and a lighter construction, the GTS Jersey S11 provides the same balance of unrestricted comfort and race-worthy aerodynamics with more cooling breathability and a lower weight. It remains the only jersey in our line to feature a true zeroPressure Waist, wrapping the stomach in stability and support with a ¾-length zip construction. This design creates less rippling, restriction, and layering friction across the waist, providing a more aerodynamic, streamlined fit, similar to a single-piece skinsuit.

FEATURE MATERIAL

The main fabric has been enhanced with the new Sens-AIR material, an ultra-lightweight, highly elastic warp knit that maximizes breathability and cooling effect. The abdominal area is made from Sens-SN, a quick-drying fabric with a honeycomb weave structure, resembling a beehive. This pattern not only reduces weight and increases breathability but also ensures better air circulation and fast drying, while still providing gentle support to the body. Both Sens fabrics are designed with integrated odorControl technology and provide UPF 50+ protection. The back panel is made from Stabilizator V11 – the lightest and coolest of the stabilizing materials, which maintains an anatomically close fit and prevents sagging of the pockets.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT

The GTS regularFit cut sits between the purely endurance design and the aerodynamic racingFit, making it the most refined silhouette in the MILLE range. It combines aerodynamic efficiency with comfort for long distances. The ¾ zip construction and sleeves with clean finishes further enhance aerodynamics.

TECHNOLOGY

zeroPressure Waist: A soft, highly elastic construction in the midsection without interruptions ensures greater comfort and stability. It reduces fabric flutter and bunching, improving aerodynamics.

PILtec Plug-In: The lower hem of the back panel features a lightweight, ultra-breathable textile strip with a micro-dot silicone finish, which stabilizes the jersey and ensures it stays in place even in humid conditions.

Louvre Tec: Forward-positioned sleeves and shaping around the collarbones eliminate excess fabric, preventing bunching or wrinkling in the riding position.
