ASSOS TRAIL TACTICA Winter Cargo Pants T3

The TACTICA Winter Cargo Pants are built on two new technologies: the heavyweight RX Extreme insulating textile and the even heavier Winter Foam Light insulated softshell. As the main textile, RX Extreme creates a microclimate of thermoregulating warmth and water repellency while Winter Foam Light protects against road and trail spray across the lower legs. The two thigh pockets are sewn for durability and then bonded to eliminate leaks, and they include a zippered closure on the right thigh and an easy access ramp security design on the left. Reflective finishing on the lower legs catches light during the pedal stroke, helping you stay visible in low-light conditions.

CHARACTERISTIC MATERIAL

The TACTICA Cargo Pants are built on two new technologies: the heavy insulating RX Extreme fabric and the even heavier insulated softshell Winter Foam Light. RX Extreme serves as the primary material, creating a thermoregulating microclimate and offering water repellency, while Winter Foam Light protects against road and trail spray at the lower legs. Two thigh pockets are reinforced for increased durability and then bonded to eliminate water ingress. The right thigh features a zippered closure, while the left has a secure, easy-access design. Reflective detailing on the lower legs catches light while pedaling, helping you stay visible in low-light conditions.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT

The main body fabric is the all-new RX EVO Extreme thermal knit with a weight of 350 g/m². It’s our warmest brushed fabric, offering four-way stretch to maintain full mobility in the saddle. Breathability and a DWR finish help maintain a dry microclimate. Winter Foam Light panels wrap the lower legs in thermally insulated, rain-resistant softshell, and Type.OF11 material is used for the pockets. All fabrics are treated with the DWR Water + Mud Shield Tec finish.

The TACTICA Winter Cargo Pants feature precision tailoring with Louvre Tec, which reduces bulk, contours the body, and allows space for thermal layering and knee protection. Bonded pocket seams shield against the elements.

TECHNOLOGIES
