ASSOS UMA GT Bib Shorts C2

We wanted an all-inclusive solution for daily riding. That’s simple in concept; it’s more complicated in the execution. To meet our expectations, we built the premier UMA GT on a platform of trickledown tech, including an updated AEPD fit profile and bib suspension infrastructure. We also updated the insert, reducing the footprint, boosting cooling, and adding an aesthetic touch with the Odor Control Top Sheet Tex in Sugar Blue.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT

The C2 AEPD regularFit is based on our performance race models, but tuned for greater comfort with a more generous waist and our standard leg length.

TECHNOLOGY

X-Frame: A-frame suspension inherited from the DYORA RS bibs. It limits lower back sag and provides a secure fit that stabilizes the liner and main body panel.

Ultra-lightweight leg cuffs: 4.5 cm elastane band naturally hugs the thigh without silicone treatment and ensures a smooth and ultra-lightweight fit.

UMA GT C2 INSERT

Shock-Absorb Damping Mono 9: Pressure foam layers in a 9mm resistance platform Thermoforming reduces chafing and skin irritation.
3D waffle: Perforated 3-layer foam insert that increases breathability and reduces the overall weight of the insert.
goldenGate: Patented technology for attaching the insert to the shorts that allows maximum freedom of movement and ensures the stability of the insert.
