Academy bicycles are designed by the S'COOL company and  in cooperation with the German Institute for Orthopedics, Osteopathy and Sports Medicine they succeeded in developing ultra-light children's bicycles that meet ergonomic requirements . Under the guidance of professionals from the medical field, they created bicycles with ideal geometry and features for the smallest, which are in development - to ensure comfort and a "healthy" posture even during longer trips. 

Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, bicycles were created that are ultralight and meet one condition - each model is lighter than 40%  of the normal weight of the child for which the given model is intended. Short cranks and an upright position allow you to stretch your legs and lean on the ground at any time while ensuring an ergonomic knee position while riding. 

Academy Grade 4 models   with  20"  wheels are designed for approximately  6 to 8 year old children  (115-130 cm).  The minimum seat height is 59 cm (compare with the child's inside leg length measured from the crotch to the ground).

The frame is made of high-quality aluminum and, together with the selected components, creates a bicycle of only  7.5 kg  - something that not only your child will appreciate, but also you, when he doesn't want to ride anymore. Reflective reflectors  on the pedals and on the sides of the tire  ensure increased safety and better visibility  .
