The original Manitou fork was versatile by necessity when, regardless of your discipline, there was one choice for your suspension needs. The new Manitou Mattoc Pro Limited Edition borrows its iconic look from 1992 yet takes all the technology from 2024 and packs it in a 34mm stanchion 29” wheel package that spans multiple riding disciplines.Out of the box, the Mattoc Pro LE is configured to 140mm travel. With the travel spacers included in the box, along with the easy-to-follow service instructions found on Manitoumtb.com, the travel can be internally adjusted from 110-150mm.
Technologies:
MC2 DAMPING:
The Mattoc Pro features trail-tuned sealed MC2 damping that offers more consistent damping and a more responsive and comfortable rebound, especially on long descents. Damping uses a membrane system to compensate for heat build-up along with a relief valve. Using both systems gives the fork consistency along with longevity. The system uses Manitou's HBO (Hydraulic Bottom Out) system to control the last 30mm of travel, ensuring the rider never feels the bottom of their travel even on the biggest hits.
INFINITE RATE TUNE:
Infinite Rate Tune (IRT) allows advanced spring tuning by independently adjusting air pressure at the start and end of the stroke and is available as an upgrade for the Expert and Comp forks. IRT technology creates a secondary positive air spring that only affects the mid-to-end travel of the fork. This allows the main air spring to be set at a lower pressure to improve small bump sensitivity while maintaining mid-stroke support and mild to aggressive end-stroke roll-in.
CHASSIS:
What makes Mattoc's versatility even more amazing is that it comes without compromise. The "all-round specificity" of this fork means that it adapts perfectly to many disciplines and riding styles and performs flawlessly in each. The 34mm chassis represents the best in its class in terms of weight and stiffness, but there are no downsides to this solid, reliable and amazingly light construction. The new Mattoc platform is 30% stiffer than the previous version, and at 1750 grams for the Pro model, it's light enough and stiff enough for XC racing, but built to not only survive, but thrive in situations all the way up to light enduro.

| | Description. High volume, high volume, low weight. Bicycle sellers especially appreciate their high reliability. Each inner tube is factory inflated for 24 hours and tested for cracks. Not only is the quality of the innards important for the quality of the inner tube, but also the purity of the compound. That's why Schwalbe inner tubes hold air significantly longer than other inner tubes. Schwalbe inner tubes are extremely flexible and fit several tyre sizes. For this reason, we also call it the "Group Tube". For example, the 19A tube fits tyre sizes from 27.5" to 29" and widths from 40mm to 62mm. We have developed a special devulcanization process in our factory. This allows us to use recycled material without loss of quality in the production of new inner tubes.
